We imported feather duvets and never even gave it a thought. We also bought some feathers in on a native american thinging that we bought in Arizona on a trip there a few years back and the label clearly said simulated feathers, they still confiscated them!

I can recommend the following to anyone else looking to buy a duvet seeing as you have already purchased from M & S. I got one and it is lovely, warm in winter and cool in summer and so light! Also had a free gift with it.
