Default Failed book download in iTunes

What do i do?

Can't seem to find anything other than

1) go to itunes store
2) got to recently purchased
3) press icloud button

Since we don't use iCloud but another service that's about as useful as a useless thing.

How do i report a failed download. Going mad.

Err use the report issue button.

Seriously though just drop them an email and or google the problem.
iTunes is shite so I guarantee there will be a forum post or a few hundred about the issue

we tried to download the latest iOS, which failed. afterwards (d'oh) we found hundreds of complaints on forums. we complained to itunes helpdesk. after a few backwards & forwards repeats of trying to download and failing (which they can see and monitor) they agreed there was a problem they couldn't resolve and refunded us back onto our card.

If you just knew the book!

Seriously have been googling and just can't find the bloody report button. Will try again, but thanks for your efforts etc etc

Ah, for those who ask the wrong question, confucius say you will receive the wrong answer.

You need to edit your Account Information, find recently purchased, press report a problem. Nothing much happens.

Then wait, i guess..................

Did it charge your account? If so just try and buy it again as it shouldn't charge you twice.

aren't OS upgrades free? I bit the bullet last weekend and did the ipad (I have delayed doing this for as long as possible and to the point where it was being unusable in the apple store) and much to my amazement it was completely pain free.

Ah Brains, where were you? I've reported it. Also, iTunes are generous souls and let you buy twice, <voice of mildly bitter experience>.

There is also the torrent option, completely defendable in this case as you have actually purchased the book
