You have south Granville on your doorstep which is nice for shops, you have Granville island next door which is a nice place to wander and shop, the sea wall is always a nice walk, kits beach is a 10 minute walk, and you're a 5 min drive to downtown or a 25 min walk (maybe less if you take the aquabus).
It's a nice building and certainly worth a look.

Thank you, guys. I really appreciate it. I still can't believe that we could get places like these for his price (keep in mind that we're from Oxford and we get NOTHING for these kinds of prices).

It's been a long time since I lived there, but I think our 4 bed house was only about 600 a month back then!

South false creek would be my suggestion. That way you can walk to work, be away from the crowds if you want, be close to the beaches, have sky train and Canada line close by, you get more for your money, you get the best views since you get water city and mountain in one go, and it doesn't rain as much as on the north shore.
For that money you'd be right on the sea wall too
Sorted.
