Surprised it has lasted this long. Do they change the paperwork (revise it) for next years applications to prevent folk goal poaching the slots when they are released? If they do, I suppose it will catch a few out, with the IELTS cert and all the docs that have been annotated in the post. Just asking out of interest, but it also might help some folk here too.

Do you mean do they change what is required within an application, each time July rolls around? Last year they didn't, so if you were clever, you had your pack ready to submit end of June, so they received it when they opened again on July 2nd, after Canada Day. Which is why quite a few NOCS filled so quickly.

This year there are expected to be many changes - though I would still proceed with getting everything ready to go and then just check and see what you need to add/remove to that pack come July.

Sorry David, should have made myself more clear. Do they revise the paperwork to coincide with the new NOC FSW list, and if this was the case, would those that submit with this years paperwork and therefore get it in early ready for the new quota, would they be automatically rejected. does that make sense? It would be automatically rejected anyway if they 'get it in early ready for the new quota' - any applications received before 1st July will be rejected once the quota is full, so there is no way to 'get it in early'.

But no, they don't automatically revise the forms. They may do, but it's not automatic.

Thanks, that is clear. In my current job, bit of thread drift here, the annual performance appraisal report is altered beyond any recognition of the previous report to prevent anyone just cutting and paste the detail from the previous year. Those in HR have too much time on their hands. fletch
