As you know you can not sponsor a new wife within 5 years of sponsoring the last. Unless you meet one of the exceptions their is no way to bring a new wife to Australia for 5 years.

If he is living the USA and still getting DLA he's committing benefit fraud and personally I wouldn't dare make an application for a visa in those circumstances.

Was the child added as non migrating dependent? If so no they did not get PR. If they did they would have had to validate their visa the same way you did.

As a citizen you are not able to be granted a visa so you really dont have the option of a cheaper visa for your wife.

A spouse visa is costly compared to the 457 but the benefits far outweigh...
