Here is what I did when I was in bangalore india .
You need to get the fingerprint which are called rolled fingerprint and not impression.
These are done in police station . So check...

I am happy to inform all that I have received my visa grant letter yesterday.
I had applied for on 27th April and Visa class 176.
Last Document was provided on last week of August.

Well I have a variation to this issue ..I have not yet obtained 176 (SS by VIC ) still in progress while i have been offered a job which is based out of NSW.
I may get a 457 for work authorization...

just wanted to check that so far i have not received PCC yet and similarly not able to apply for FBI clearance ..still waiting to get the Fingerprint back to me .. my 28 days are going to end on 14...

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but 457 is a work visa and has to be sponsered by eomployer.so if you have a job offer ask your employer to file it for you....Not sure if 457 and SS are...

If you have applied online then you need to go to online query application status page .click on Document Checklist link .
Click on the hyperlink where it says Requested and then a new page will...

my first option was notary based translation but as said they are not certified to get this done ..however i did found some professional services for transaltion...

i had similar idea but the part in DIAC which says written notification about not providing the birth certificate by country is not true for India at least ..hence wanted to see what...

I got my CO today and he is expecting form 80 with health and other docs.
Application is 176 with VIC SS and 2231-79 ASCO.:fingerscrossed:

I gave my ielts (as read somewhere later an "overconfident X&@#^%" i just walked into the test without any prep ..and came out with a dismal score of L8.5,R6.5,W6.5,S7..

I missed out on details ..Since i don't have 7 in all four section of IELTS i cannot get the state sponsorship as of now however i can reappear in ielts and...
