my main negative for Canada for you is the wait time - if you haven't submitted your application yet the timelines could still continue to rise - it is currently 3 years! That is a really long time...

Ok we don't have jobs lined up for definite but hopefully will in the next couple of weeks.
Have said we will put a down paymwent of $3500 and want something less than 5 years old (SUV or truck) ...

Yes that is exactly what we have done - you have to be careful though that your PR is going to come through while your BUNAC is still valid as it can't be extended.

If you have a straight forward application do it yourself and save the money. We paid a fortune for a consultant and is SOOOO wasn't worth it! We still had to do all the work ourselves!
