Hi there, I was under the impression that my mother (co-sponsor) would only need to file an I-864A form and not another I-864?

Have I been given the wrong info?

My new wife and I are currently in the process of AOS for her K1 visa.

I am currently not employed because I am a full time college student and so I opted to have my mother be my joint sponser....

ah I see. I had a co-sponsor the first time for the I-134. Will that person just do the same thing again to co-sponsor on my I-864? If so, I need to fill one as well as my co-sponsor?

Thanks everyone! I downloaded the I-485, I-131, and I-765 forms so far. Reading the instructions on the I-485, it says to submit a G-325A and Affidavit of Support forms. Do I still need to fill up...

She's scheduled for her medical exam on Dec 27th and the interview is on Jan 8th. I believe she will most likely need the Affidavits to be with her at her interview on the 8th.

Hi Rene thank you for the reply. I am indeed male, my apologies I did not realize the there was a word which referred to male and female.

Any suggestions on what to write in the statement...

What type of evidence of support would I have to provide along with my I-134 form if I havent had a Job in 3 years?

Also for my mother's co-sponsoring Affidavit of Support form, In the I-134 form...

My packet was recieved in June 2007, so that means 6 months from June..... No later than December 2007?
