I rediscovered a recipe for Chicken Chow Mein on Friday. Added a couple of extra ingredients to it and OH & I enjoyed it so much that we had it for dinner on Friday night and Sunday night. So yummy...

I've hit 5000 without even realising it. Now 5001 with this one. All good with us, have started "thesping" at Centrestage. Next production is Cinderella, not really my bag but keeping my hand in....

Have to say that we find steak quite cheap compared to other meats but then the market is probably more competitive up this way. I tend to stick to eye fillet. I have a pathological loathing of fatty...

Need something light before rehearsal tonight, playing an 80-odd year old nymphomaniac:eek: (which is quite physical) does not require a very full tum!

I bake mine with part milk & part cream :eek: ( I love the Lewis Road cream as a special treat). If I've not got cream then I will use all milk. I've never liked the taste of condensed milk.
