Oh I didn't mean you made me worry more, it was more CIC that seems to have done nothing with our case.

Got a reply from that same LBM (even though we did not email her/him) saying that our case is still awaiting review by an officer and that they will contact us as soon as they are able to.

We already did. They told me they can't give out case specific information.

We did contact them before when ECAS suddenly showed an address we have never used and we asked them then if they could tell us anything about our application but they said they could not comment on...

I don't know, maybe that's it... but wouldn't it make more sense to proces the people who are already living and working in Canada first? I mean, they're already paying taxes, have built a life etc...
