Interestingly today I read David Milliband has said that there should be a vote on final outcome of negotiations if not a referendum then a parliamentary vote.So maybe that view is gaining momentum .

There is only one true way of knowing that which will not happen a better put together referendum not just in or out. That way those that didn't bother to vote in the last fiasco would maybe vote....

Of course it's all relative as there is no actual real value to currency's anymore i.e. no specific gold standard. However if the dollar wasn't weaker at the moment to £ which it is then relative to...

Of course it changes pound has been 1.60. All the experts must be wrong then when they say that the Euro is stronger because of concerns re USA etc. As I said reality is £ should currently be lower...

Yes that's true but since it crashed to near parity 2009 ish it had recovered substantially. That graph yes shows declining since 2016 but that takes in the preparation for Brexit referendum so...

We have been there before so no surprises. It was obvious it would fall once negotiations got started and got difficult. Trouble of course is how long it takes to meaningfully recover?
