Compounds - try Ishbilia Village. ( Not to be confused with Ishbilia Compound - bigger and more expensive ) It's quite nice, small , cosy, Nice apartments. 1 bed is around 65k per year plus various...

1 - Half decent compound would be around 65k for a 1 bed apartment. Basic compound, but nice.

2 - Depends on age of child. TH emore senior - the more expensive. Top end if...
