1 - Half decent compound would be around 65k for a 1 bed apartment. Basic compound, but nice.
2 - Depends on age of child. TH emore senior - the more expensive. Top end if the British School. For Years 10/11 this can reach up to around 65k per year. Other schools are cheaper. eg Multi National School or Manarat School.
3 - Depends on how much you want to spend. Why do you want a full option car?
What brand do you want? Toyota are perhaps the most popular, Hyundai one of the cheapest. It's a good time to buy used, lots of expats leaving the country, so lots of used car bargains to be had.

do you have suggested names for compounds ?
i prefer Honda or high end Toyota . i would like to enjoy the car options instead of buying a logo without much options in car
what do you think my package range ? I'm working in IT security and with 12 years of experience

Full option in the car, but a one bedroom apartment for a family......how many children? There must be children as you asked about school fees...

Compounds - try Ishbilia Village. ( Not to be confused with Ishbilia Compound - bigger and more expensive ) It's quite nice, small , cosy, Nice apartments. 1 bed is around 65k per year plus various other deposits ( 5k agents fee, 5k security deposit, 2 to 3k for water and electricity up front ) . 2beds on the same compound are 85k.
You will probably need an iqama for most compounds, so you'll have to wait until you're here first - get the iqama and then process all the other stuff. Same applies to schools / cars / mobile sim cards etc.
Cars - depends on what size car you want - Honda Accord's are quite popular, also Civics. As for Toyota - the most common full size saloon is the Camry, but Corolla and Yaris are plentiful. No idea on leasing option really, as I tend to buy used. Use Google to search for dealers in KSA and see what offers they have.
