No benefit of doubt will be given. If your pack was not there on 26th June then you fall under the new rules.

I agree - as soon as it is announced on cic.gc.ca and the Gazette - then you can believe it.

Goodness and there are a few of those around - what was the name of that chap who used to post on here and scammed lots of BE'ers out of their cash? :confused:

No one really has any firm idea - I think the current thoughts are that the change will happen before September but no one can say for sure.

I would just say that you should get your application...

Send it by FEDEX or UPS then you can prove the date someone signed for it at the CIO Office.
