Yes, its ok to name them - its a thread containing reasonable balanced feedback, and we've had many of those over the years about companies doing shipping.

Depends how much work Customs have on for one thing.
My stuff took about 9 weeks, turned up reloaded in the original container, and that seems to be the norm rather than the exception.
