Well, I've advised the shippers and they have chosen to completely ignore me.
As it happens, I'm not really all that bothered about the damage now, enjoying our life in Oz and not wanting anything to spoil it.
One of our contributors asked me to name and shame but I didn't at the time think that was appropriate.
Now I think differently, I'm sure that they all have problems at times, just that, in this case PSS gave us cause for concern all along the line. :-(
