It is searing hot but the people are so lovely here.
I do prefer Texas over Florida for the people and things to do. I have made so many friends here. The weather is so diverse and can change...

Oh my Junebug72 you have gone through the mill.
We did similar thing back in the 80's.
We went to Florida, returned to the UK after 3 years then regretted not sticking it out a little longer. ...
