Of course if you do have a Python nearby thats recently fed on a chicken it may well hang around. Adding more replacement chickens is simply renewing the captive food supply for it and penned in...

Explain? I have no problem 'progressing' through traffic. SO far in 4 years of riding I've only been caught and fined once. $80 and no penalty points and a 2 minutes conversation with the roadside...
