I dont know anything about AD real estate so cant say anything, but if you get a JBR deal, well its up to you. Is the deal really good, what are you planning on using it for etc...

Wasnt just you that found that post a bit hard to read. Offplan is not dangerous, depends on the developer, as does just about everything.
