I was in Reading County court today, and I asked them and they said NO! I also asked my Local magistrate's and they said NO. Does any one know who I can go to. I live in the Berkshire area....

I have been browsing this site and I came across a tread posted back in 2002, that they got their documents certified by your local cop shop. Has anyone on this site got their documents certified...
