I can get from Squamish to Lions Gate Bridge in about 50 minutes. (61km)

Lionsgate to YVR takes me about 40 minutes, sometimes about an hour. (18km)

Port Mann on Hwy 1 is toll so avoid Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford and such along Hwy 1 if you don't want to deal with tolls.
