1 Week to 6 months based on posts here. The next step is 'in offer' which is usually when you should be receiving an e-mail with the written offer.

Anyone here still waiting on processing to the next stage from being under offer? I have been waiting for headcount/budgeting approval since Q4 2023.

Wouldn't have a clue, I had a few interviews before going Under Offer and just waiting on Headcount/Budget approval.

a lot of people in limbo from what I gather, many people have verbal offers but are waiting to see when they are given a written offer.

Seems NEOM Is prioritising urgent hires.

3 months here too. Went through the interview uploaded all the docs, profil went "under offer" and just waiting now with the 2024 headcount which is what HR told me last month. Seems to be a common...

after your interview did they provide you a link to apply for the job through the portal? from my experience
interviews-> Apply for job -> send documents through (degrees, pre med check etc) ->...
