Google maps, if you've downloaded the area maps, will work and adjust your routes for you while off line. You don't get traffic data though, so the routes might not be the fastest routes if there's...

Most trucks are over $50k these days anyway.
There are state/manufacturer rebates to install home chargers. Plus fast charging is only about $2k to install these days, and $600-1000k for a regular...

Only 3 years out your way? Bargain. The surcharge doesn't begin to step down till the third year down my way and then you're paying a surcharge for another couple of years before it's gone.

Insurance might be horrid with no credit/driving history.

Local pizza delivery chap, got himself a Challenger and the insurance is close to double his car payment. About $10K a year. Probably...
