Try 2. I used 2 and it went through first time. Others have as well, I think the form includes the sponsor for some reason.

You do not need the PA UCI to sign up, I didn't even know mine till my SA email came through. You just need your passport and such. Just make sure you enter all the information correctly on signup :)...

It is difficult to say because CIC do not seem to update ECAS well. I am the PA and on my sponsors ECAS it shows both applications as 'In Progress' even though my sponsor has been...

Hi,

I'm not sure on the timeframe for the second stage, are you going through Ottawa or London?

You don't need to do anything as I believe Quebec forwards the information on to the CIC...

Have you double checked your sponsors email? It could be in the junk mail or perhaps the CIC are really inefficient at communicating :)
