With all the supporting evidence, yeah. The 15 days of Premium Processing was probably needed to read the full packet!

Maybe that’s why my EB-1C is taking a while. That was bigger...

What’s the uncertainty? If your husband isn’t a manager, then he won’t be petitioned for an L-1A.
