You'd be surprised. The car actually cost me very little. I dad paid 1200 GBP for it in 2014 as a barn find. He gifted it to me and therefore it only probably cost me $1000 in parts and shipping RORO...

True, but it was other reasons too. For example the 3.5 Honda engine of that generation fitted to Pilots and Ridgelines was noted for being noisy and poor on gas.

Haha, maintenance costs aren't an issue to me as I do it all myself, repairs that are dealer specific are what puts me off.

Interesting, on new AND used or just new? I always thought credit scores had to be above 750 at least to be considered very good. I think my FIL has a score of 804.
