Sorry i mis understould the whole state sponsorship... well thats is good and bad to know.... good that a state can sponsor you.. bad that they are not employing 3d graphic designers !!!

Thats great information thanks!! And thats what i thought so first you need to develop a relationship with a company and then make the move.. i guess this way there isn't a risk of not having work.....
