No not at all, i'm still in California, wish I was there already. Sadly there is no LEGAL way around it, i'm just trying to make it clear there's no point fantasizing about doing anything different.

THERE ARE NO GRAY AREAS IN IMMIGRATION AT ALL.

He does not need both savings and a job if he makes £18600 from a job and to be clear I meant you mom cannot help sponsor your wife you are the only person that is allowed to.

As pompous as this sounds, theres no gray area regarding UK immigration, you either need to have a job offer paying 18600 or have 64k right now to apply for a spouse visa before you go.
