Yes its not clear. I doubt they'll take the license for a mere 2 points however. I am curious to find out. If its just debt collectors and no further escalation I'm ok with that.

Just got another fine today. This is bullshit. I bet its not the last either. I'm considering ignoring it. If its anything like England I suspect they'll just past it onto a debt collection agency...

Sure, if you enjoy a good shakedown for doing 5mph over an arbitrary limit on a deserted road. Problem is limits often have no common sense behind them. Anyway I'll now know to keep a closer eye on...

Pretty sure there were no signs. I'm very careful - never had one before in the UK. Is there any duty/proof on them to show that they had the sign on display whilst filming?

Who decided to take a photo of my car and suggest I make a donation to their new year slush fund. I thought mobile camera units had to display a warning they were filming?
