In fact descendancy is probably the LAST reason to vote for anyone.

Actually doing their jobs competently and with a degree of effort would be a start.

The PR was activated - just issue the bloody cards!!

Add to that the 6 weeks after the 49 days that you have to wait before the Card can officially be 'Late', which takes you to 91 days or 3 months.

It's actually currently more like 6 months, but...
