As they are adjoining suburbs, you wouldn't save very much in travel, maybe a couple of minutes.

Renting at the moment, $300/week, 3 brm, stones through from the Homemaker centre. To buy it is gettng abit pricey. The house next to the one we were in sold recently for $480k, and it was nothing...

Considered moving there after we left our last place, but the lack of accessability from the house we looked at to the trains, and the onfrequency or lack of Brisbane buses for the OH to fit in with...
