Personally I wouldn't go for anything bigger than the 4.2 litre V8, that is quite bored out enough for something that s tarted as a 3.5 litre engine.

Most unusual I have seen was a red vintage Citroen sapeurs et pompiers van driving along the Pennsylvania turnpike. It was surreal.

Younger son & I watched that recently while he was home ill, I hope he didn't get too many ideas. We also watched Animal House :rofl:, when you live in a college town it is a documentary!

The damage was mostly cosmetic (battle scars) but the headlights going screwy was a bit of an issue. When he gets home from his travels he'll be learning to weld :rofl:

We have added a 1999 Disco 1 to our stable. It is younger son's project vehicle, it already needed some work and then he drove it in the woods.....

I remember being told some years ago by an RAC man that in the winter you usually get warning of impending battery failure by sluggish starting etc, but in the summer they just die.

We are now thinking about what vehicle to arrange via IA ourselves. Family of 4, two adults, two teenagers. We don't need a pickup type vehicle or a 4WD as we will be moving our Land Rover 101FC x2...

It is actually Czech :p by country of assembly (together with the Toyota Aygo & Citroen C1) and fits in the most amazingly small parking spaces (possibly even sideways :D) - and yes it gets called my...
