After 25yrs of manual gearboxes there is zero chance I'd buy one over here with the stop start driving.

You've clearly never driven one. I have a Challenger R/T with the "baby" 5.7l V8 and it has bags of grip through the bends, communicative steering and a decent firm ride. It sounds like automotive...

Yes for a country synonymous with drag-racing they sure are slow away from the lights. But then again checking facebook does take time...

Has anyone come across Tesla's being driven ludicrously slowly?

I followed one for two miles this morning going 5mph under the already silly low speed limit, it accelerated about as fast as a push...
