You don't need to bother with the Tare Weight - the standard bottles have 11kgs of gas so what ever the weight is new it will be 11kgs lighter empty

First off, just a nit to pick, I presume its PB as used here (propane/butane) and known and loved every where and not propane as per UK red bottles.
