Well Class 2 is about GBP 2.50 per week, about 125 quid a year, so for three years that would be around 375 quid. So if you paid 450 for 3 years then it would appear you overpaid and they've refunded...

Yes, you need to be accepted for Class 2 in order to be eligible to pay the years since 2006 at Class 2 rates, so it's possible that when Class 2 shuts down, they may not accept any new applicants at...
