I dunno. One man's "straightforward" is another man's struggle - I would be wary of any advice on this forum that intimates that the whole thing is not one big headache.

Make no mistake...all such programs are part of the overall protectionist money grab. That said, if you have the $, and time, it cannot hurt.

Set aside an average of 2 to 4 years of your life, mostly depending on your immigration status, $, and ability to find articles post-NCA.

Your Articling period would be another example of a 'master/servant' relationship where you would find that (depending on your jurisdiction) you would not have a 'contract of employment'.

Trouble is the nonsense 9th November deadline to register for January exams, that could (in reality) actually pass by before August results arrive :blink:
