Yeah - there are a lot, but not all - I am still going through the shows I recorded when I had DISH and working out what ones are missing from the PBS channel. I also need to see if I get them...

I will have to ask my OH why he thinks we need Roku rather than Fire TV as we also have Amazon Prime.

I think DirecTV has a slightly better line up than Sling for us, as I will be able to watch...

I am right by Lake Ontario - but nowhere in my garden can a satellite get a clear line of sight to get a signal - just too many trees

Gosh - they are huge! Thanks for the suggestion, but they certainly wouldn't work here. I couldn't put something that big on the front of the house and at back I have huge trees causing a big canopy...

Great, thanks for clarifying that. I wish I could just pick the channels I want and pay per channel. I think there are a handful of channels I always watch, but invariably I have to pick an add on...

We went with Dish satellite at last place because cable was dreadful service and so expensive. I kept missing motogp races because the signal would be lost and it would just record nothing!
