Most urban freeways, out west, have a 65 speed limit. I usually goes, in any lane, at 73-75 MPH, if traffic allows me. At this speed, very few people go faster than me therefore few want to pass me....

With respect in driving on which freeway lane, the road signs state 'Slower traffic keep right' but I would bet that no cop is going to fine you if you stay in the extreme...

Well I've been everywhere in the US, especially in California where, indeed, people tend to go faster than, say Colorado or Iowa. Nevertheless, on the freeway I often stay on the extreme left lane...
