I don't know, but a very good ole friend from college has a bar/restauraunt that he owns and I am hoping but not counting on a few discount beverages :thumbup:

Houston is about 3 inches above sea level so our drainange system is marginal at best.

Houston is no stranger to rain our not so friendly hurricanes put a thrashing on the Texas coast every few years the last one being IKE which dealt a blow to poor Galveston like the Dallas Maverick's...
