It would be great if it could be set up; we had, for example, a simple rule that you could only score from within the penalty box which meant that everyone stopped belting the ball towards the goal...

Where I was before (Athens) we organised a "jumpers for goalposts" kickabout every week with beer and food afterwards. It became incredibly popular and attracted a great crowd.
