but a dual motor still has a drive shaft on both axels.

For the CT they will have a tri-motor and late maybe a quad…

Where are each of the motors placed on Tesla Tri Motor AWD vehicles?

I took the NY practical “test” back in 2012 and have since swapped my NY for a CT lisence in 2016 without an issue, I think they only did the eye sight test in CT when exchanging. The biggest hassle...

And let you drive on electric only most days if your mileage is low, I am looking at one now with a target of 50 miles electric range. That would be enough for around town and get me to my lake house...

Did not know 3M do Thinsulate for vehicles, I have it in my ski boots and some other gear. I do recall they make a fire resistant one which I assume you need in a van.

The “Boss” seems to be against a Jeep :-( she also won’t allow a truck… so I have kept my Cyber Truck reservation as an undisclosed fact…

That’s what I thought, but people around here drive the modern ones with all 4 doors off, no roof and young children in the back, and on the highway as well, which has a speed limit up to 65mph.. so...
