I did take elders to court and I won my case and I got out of that sh$t rental the court terminated my lease ...

I will name and shame them as they are useless ,and for all the potental expats moving to port kennedy and want to go to kwinana elders , advise strongly against as they are useless...

Hi Eds ,

Today went to Rockingham magistrates court paid the fee and submitted all the evidence and forms as today has given Elders 2 weeks to sort out problems ..............cough nothing sorted...

Yes reported them , and got advise to take them to court , so just waiting until the 1 dec then that gives them enough rope to hang themselves , then will apply to take them to the...

I totally agree with you , in Australia they swear on the radio , in the uk so politically correct it is now happy holidays as they do not want to upset the muslims ( fact ) my kids old school sent...

I hear what you say about the homework etc and not getting the heartache , problem was we were in a rental for three weeks temporary , we had three cats in quarintine and tried to get numerous...

Alright as a holiday home a little far out from civilisation no good if you have kids or work in the cbd ..........but does look nice

Hello I didn't actually say I was going to move to Baldivis , however can see it is a better sburb I would like to move near fremantle I looked at a house yesterday , a complete dump for $650 a week...

I completely agree , very expensive here to live in a good area .Perth was once the cheaper destination hence so many poms moving here, now it is silly .....I am currently in process of taking...

I could not care what arab people wear my experience with them as my sister lived in dubai for 4 years is arrogance towards westerners .that is what is racist .

I stayed in connolly for three weeks in the beginning I totally agree with that but joondalup is slightly better than Port Kennedy lol :rofl:
