Iirc the book also said whatever you do, don't just buy one and try to clean it yourself, get a kid to do it for $5. I can just imagine!

Eliminate the ones that aren't pet friendly and there will be substantially fewer to choose from. I think that holds true in every city.

A month is a long time in a call centre, I think. I had a couple of good short term ones but they weren't selling, just a survey for provincial health and another about parking for a community...

There are a few jobs on the indeed site, not a lot but a few. The Rocky Mountaineer goes through there, you could call them and ask for HR, tell them you're thinking of moving to Quesnel and always...
