I did 22 minutes once at CLT, from the plane stopping at the gate to waiting in arrivals for my ride - that included exiting from the economy seats near the rear of the plane (a full 777), regular...

There is no specific answer to that question - it depends how many people are having visa-entries processed at the time youarrive and how many CBP officers are on duty, .... and whether any officers...
