Anybody having problems with their online booking page?

Keeps refusing certain details. I have tried different browsers.

Sorry for the late reply. I emailed/text Ryanair. They said that some Web Browsers work better on their new updated Web site. They suggested downloading Google Chrome for which I did, but initially had no success. After another 10 tries during the day it suddenly excepted my payment details. I use Windows 10 and Firefox normally and I even tried clearing my cache ect.

So sorted now thank you, but they nearlly lost me (a frequent customer) to a rival Airline.

Just booked 2 separate flights today (Win7 Pro/Chrome) - no issues.

I wouldn't blame the Airlines to much.

Operating System and Browsers suppliers are constantly updating their products.

No company, even the largest, can keep their websites up to date 24/7.

The best thing to do is to make sure one's OS is kept up to date and one has, at least, updated browsers from 3 different incarnations installed on one's system

As an IT Tech, I recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera.

I recently had a similiar problem with the BancoCTT online website. Switched to a different browser et voila!
