Where can my friend get medical help in san fabian pangasinan with no insurance or money

I've no idea where San Fabian Pangasinan is, but you need to ask in the country forum that is relevant, rather than tagging your question on to somebody else's thread.

Hi,
We have a house 4kms from San Fabian, and know the area well. We will be travelling out there from the UK on 24th June.
If your friend has relatives in the UK we could contact them and bring with us any money or medication you might need.
There are a couple of good hospitals in Dagupan City, but you will have to pay. I am surprised that your friend has decided to live( or holiday) in the Philippines without money or a credit card. Has no one warned him no money equals no service!
