I used them. You register online and then somebody from the team will call you to discuss your requirements. Once you've had a chat, they'll send you a 'Passkey' number and you can carry out all your transactions online.

Yeah I did too. Have done a couple of transactions with them. They are okay. But if you are doing a 'large one' punt around..a cent or 2 makes a big difference on a large deal.

I have just used ukforex/nzforex/ozforex and found it all really easy. I wanted to have someone to talk to so did it all on the phone. 3 days later its sat in my NZ account. Just don't mention the 2.13 rate, lost out last week when it hit 2.20 but wasn't ready and it came back down when I needed it. Oh for the glory days of 2.65

I used HiFX too and it was really straight forward. I also have a "market order" in place with them for if the exchange rate hits a certain point they have authority to exchange an agreed amount at that level. They phone me occassionally to check I still want to wait for that elusive rate and change the same amount.

I've used Halo in the past and found them very efficient. If you don't need the cash straight away do as Am Loolah did and set a rate at which to exchange. That way your money is changed as soon as it hits a specified rate and you don't have to watch the money markets 24hr a day.
Oh those happy days when I got 2.85
