Presumably you can reduce the risk by just telling everyone you're married. No-one will question it or have any reason to know. Even get your girlfriend to wear a ring if you want to be extra safe.

there is none of an issue until you take your intimacy out of your home. you can stay together there is no problem in it. showing affection in public is prohibited here. no one is going to ask you or her where are you going? where are you going to stay?
