Degree certificate attestation by Saudi Cultural Bureau in Virginia (USA)
There was a post "Degree certificate attestation by Saudi Cultural Bureau in the UK". Does anybody have the experience with diplomas from the USA?
For other countries (like UAE or Qatar) the process is rather straight forward:
Step 1: Local notarization in the city where University is located
Step 2: Secretary of State authentication in the state where University is located
Step 3: Secretary of State (federal) authentication in Washington DC
Step 4: Legalisation in the Embassy (of UAE or Qatar) in Washington DC
However, for Saudi Arabia everything looks different and it is not easy to understand what is the right procedure.
Does anybody knows some specialised company which would know to sort this out?
