Thanks for the reply.
That was my take as well.
An Agency mailed me after a CV request then a week or two later replied with the “You may be able to apply if you can show relevance between your qualifications and at least 8 years of your experience”
So that’s me stuck too.

There's tons of guidance to read on the EOI, but it's still confusing!
Because we've been sent an Invitation to Apply I asume our take is right!
